We are cutting through the bull and small talk, creating a safe space to talk openly and authentically about topics such as wellbeing, life and personal development.<\/p>

Sharing knowledge and experiences is powerful and important because we can all see ourselves in another man’s story and we learn from their wisdom and life experience.<\/p>

This helps us gain perspective on our own situation, and if by you or someone else sharing helps just one guy move forward then its all worth it.<\/p>

OK nobody is going to force you, it\u2019s up to you if you want to share . But just know that by sharing you will likely both gain and give huge value. You may think that your story isn\u2019t that big of a deal but often many of the group will relate and it\u2019s an important part of the conversation.
